Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

For trainers, each training session is paid after verification. Payments will be held until verification, and funds will be transferred to your account afterward.

For buyers of products on the site, payments are made directly to the seller. The site does not assume responsibility for transactions involving direct payments to the seller.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from returns, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and specific health or personal care items.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped to you directly, a gift credit will be issued upon return. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns
To return a product, send it to: seller address. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and must be covered by you.

For high-value items, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
